We pride ourselves on an ethos of local and sustainable food sourcing where possible, that ultimately results in your food tasting great and less environmental impact for our restaurant. It was the pursuit of taco-perfection, that sent our founder Phil on a road trip across Mexico, where he discovered the ancient aztec recipe that gives corn tortillas their unique flavour.

 

Cashel Farmhouse Cheesemakers

When Louis & Jane Grubb set out to make Cashel Blue® in the early 1980’s, their ambition was to create a farmhouse cheese that “truly represents the outstanding quality of Tipperary grass-fed milk.”

 

Cooleeney Farm

At Cooleeney Farm the fourth generation of the Maher family work the land. Our pedigree Friesian dairy herd is the main enterprise but they also create an incredible range of Farmhouse cheeses.

 

Crossogue Preserves

For over 25 years Crossogue Preserves has been producing a range of Jams, Jellies, Marmalades, Curds, Chutneys and Coulis for our clients. They are still 100% hand-made on the Crossogue farm.

 

Crowe’s Farm

Based in the heart of the Golden Vale in Tipperary, Crowe’s Farm produces a range of Outdoor Reared pigs and Organic poultry which we sell throughout Ireland and the UK.

 

Daly’s Seafood

At their shop in Nenagh, expert fishmonger Eddie is on hand to ensure you receive the freshest, highest quality fish prepared to your tastes. They have a full range of fresh fish available, all of which has been processed in their own ISO22000 certified processing plant and delivered straight to Nenagh.

 

D&F Walsh’s Butchers

Established in 1974, Walsh's Butchers has been producing quality food for the last 42 years. If we can't produce it ourselves we don't sell it.

 

Derg Farmhouse Cheese

Derg Farmhouse Cheese, owned by Paddy and Kay Cooney is located in the townland of Garranmore a few miles outside Nenagh. The Cooney family have been farming in the area for generations.

 

Emerald Oils

Michael Corbett and his family are proud that they are the third generation of Corbetts to farm this land in lush Tipperary meadows. Blessed with some of the most fertile and productive soil.

 

Hayes Farm

In the Golden Vale of Tipperary is the Hayes' family farm for over 400 years. Hayes Farm produces delicious soft cheese and award winning yoghurts.

 

Inch House Pudding

Keeping family traditions alive is what it’s all about. Mary, Nora, and Mairin are very passionate women and when it come to food they are true to form. Working together they have developed an incredible black pudding that is known all over Ireland.

 

Keelings

Keelings is a family owned Irish company. Our family’s expertise in growing dates back to 1926 when we established our farm & in the 1930s, we began growing fruits & salads and supplying them to the local Dublin markets. With such a long history of growing, we like to think we know a thing or two about fruit and we look forward to sharing our knowledge, passion and love for healthy produce and recipes.

 

Magner’s Farm

Magners Farm is home to Kylie and Billy Magner and their four children Matilda, Tadhg, Imogen and Finn. They are passionate about good food and ethical and sustainable agriculture.

 

Martin O’Dwyer’s Family Butchers

Established in 1973 by Martin and Marian and now the second generation of O’Dwyers have come into the business — Fiona O'Dwyer and Una O'Dwyer.

 

O’Donnell’s Crisps

Since the 1700s over seven generations of the O’Donnell family have lived on Seskin Farm, Co. Tipperary and have mastered the art of cultivating the perfect potato.

 

The Apple Farm

The Traas family moved from The Netherlands to Ireland in the late 1960’s to grow fruit. 60 varieties of apples are grown on the farm, and about 15 types are available in the farm shop.

 

The Butcher’s Daughter

Una O’Dwyer is one of Ireland’s few female craft butchers. Based in Cashel, Co.Tipperary, Una has created a range of delicious artisan meat products made with only the finest Irish pork and carefully sourced natural ingredients.

 

Scúp Gelato

With a blend of delicious flavours and keeping air quantity to a minimum it is sure to dazzle your taste buds with every spoonful.

 

Skeaganore Farm

Their fresh farm ducks are hand reared near Ballydehob, West Cork, overlooking roaring water bay. Their fuller flavour and succulent taste comes from being hand reared longer and being fed a 100% natural cereal-based diet. The ducks are barn reared and the geese have plenty of space to roam and take in the fresh Atlantic air from the West Cork coastline.

 

Thurles Milk

For over a century Thurles Fresh Milk has brought the freshest flavours of Tipperary to kitchen tables throughout the County.

 

Tullahay Farm

Our soft cheese made from the milk of our gorgeous cows, home reared and grazing the lush pastures of our farm in South Tipperary. What's more wonderful is that this hugely flavoursome soft cheese is not only low in fat but packed full of protein.

 

Vera Miklas

The company was founded in January 2013 to supply a range of the best quality chocolate related and dried fruit products to the professional cake decorator, bakers, hobbyist, craft enthusiasts, budding chefs and children.
