Protecting our Customers and Staff

 

We want to let our customers and colleagues know that we are doing everything possible to prevent the transmission of Covid-19 and to make Mikey's the safest possible place for you to enjoy food and drink. 

Not only are our staff HACCP certified and we go above and beyond the highest level of standards when it comes to cleanliness and hygiene, but we are taking any and all additional measures to ensure we are doing everything we can to protect customers. 

This includes: 

  • Distancing our customer seating to allow a safe and comfortable dining experience in the restaurant. 

  • We will remove the holder from all menus, using single use menus that will be recycled responsibly once used. 

  • Staff being equipped with the appropriate anti-bacterial sprays and wipes to clean down all surfaces, seating, tables, menus and other commonly used items. 

  • Customers will have full access to hand washing facilities. 

  • Offering contactless payment to all customers.

  • Increased levels of cleaning of public areas and bathrooms. 

  • Additional training and awareness for our staff and customers. 

We are sure that our customers are doing everything possible in their own lives to help prevent the transmission of Covid-19, but here's some tips to help:

  • Please feel free to use hand sanitizer or our washing facilities. 

  • Please place all used napkins or tissues on your plate upon finishing meal.

The most important thing is not to panic!

We are all doing everything possible to protect each other and we know we'll get through it. We just wanted to ensure you all that we are taking every available step for our customers and staff, and will continue to do so over the comings weeks.
